How to do: Place the tip of the tongue on the upper wall of the mouth with force. When you force your tongue, you will feel a stretch in your neck which means the exercise is working. Repeat the same process for 5-6 times daily.

How to do: Take deep breaths by sitting in a lotus position by putting your hands on knees. Lift your shoulder and bend it forward. Now place your chin against your chest in between collar bones. Hold breath as long as you can. Release and relax and again perform the same process.

How to do: Firstly, take a comfortable sitting position with your spine straight and shoulders down. Now start bending your head on one side in line with your chin to the other side in a circular motion. Repeat the whole process many times, in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions.

How to do: Widely open your eyes without getting your eyebrows upwards. Hold them with fingers. Start focusing one point at a distance. Repeat it daily for many times.

How to do: Place your index and middle finger at the end of the eyebrow and gently push the skin up and down as we raise our eyebrows. Daily repeat it many times as much as you can.

How to do: Put your fingers on your cheekbones and gently lift the skin by opening your full mouth. Hold and keep it for 5 seconds. Repeat the process daily for many times.
